Q : WHAT IF I HAVE A DAY JOB?

Q: I have a podcast already but it’s not as successful as I want it to be.

Many of our students work full time when they join. 
This program is a combination of live and recorded content giving you flexibility on working through the program. 

The live sessions take place at different days and times and are all recorded to watch back as well if you can't make it to those live. The energy of the group and your pods where you select the time are amazing support even if you don't come to live calls.

We always have the time for the things we make the time for! If you're feeling the call to share your voice, there's a reason for that.

Congrats on your podcast! The next step is to reassess and realign what you are doing and how to scale it. I will be shedding light on what you need to change so you can shift gears and make a much bigger impact.

Q: WHAT IF I FALL BEHIND?

Q: DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Q: DO I GET lifetime ACCESS TO THE PROGRAM?

Q: What is Hello Audio?

I'm happy to clarify these for you! You will get access to your sessions in podcast form on the platform Hello Audio. Hello Audio is an app that allows you to listen to your curriculum calls on your phone. We have MANY students who are busy people and like to listen to calls on their own time -- or listen to them AGAIN after the sessions. Many students come back to them time and time again - and don't care about the visual aspect but just want to listen.

Q: What is the difference between the 5 day challenge live calls and Your Turn to Podcast calls/group? 

Inside the program, we will be walking you through the step by step process of creating a podcast. You’ll have 12 weeks of live curriculum, implementation, and hot seat calls and many intimate moments with live Q & A – plus a full 9 months post-launch to help your podcast grow. It’s a much smaller group than what we have participating in the challenge this week. 

Q: What are the dates and times of the live calls?

The kickoff call is on Monday, September 30, and the graduation call is on December 16. Curriculum calls are on Mondays at 9 am PT, and Hot Seats are on select Wednesdays at 11 am PT. Platinum members get extra Q&A calls on Mondays at 10 am PT, and they have Hot Seat calls EVERY Wednesday. 

Q: I have a busy schedule. How much time will I need?

We completely understand the demands of a busy schedule, and our goal is to ensure that Your Turn to Podcast fits seamlessly into your life. We love to keep things streamlined with focused 1-hour calls, making it easier for you to join live or watch the replays at your convenience.

During our 1-hour calls, you'll receive incredible content, insights, and guidance directly from me. Additionally, we'll have optional mentor calls available with podcasting expert coaches for those seeking additional support, clarity and step-by-step walkthroughs as you build and launch your podcast! As long as you're ready to invest in making your podcasting dreams a reality, Your Turn to Podcast can fit into any busy schedule.

Remember, the essence of this program is to start, launch, and/or grow and scale your podcast (for you Platinum students!!) If you're wondering whether you have time to dedicate to your podcasting journey, I encourage you to prioritize this experience. It's an opportunity to answer a call on your heart, make a big impact with your voice, and even grow your business in a big way!

Q: Which level is right for me, the Gold or the Platinum?

Choosing between the Gold and Platinum levels depends on your unique journey and goals. The Platinum Level encompasses everything offered in the Gold level and goes beyond with expert guidance on growing, scaling and monetizing your podcast. With Platinum, you'll enjoy additional calls, exclusive Voxer Days (like going to one of my retreats, but doing it in your own home) for ongoing support, and extra mentor sessions tailored to accelerate your growth.

If you already have a podcast or are ALL-IN on really making this podcasting dream a big reality, I encourage you to step into the Platinum level. Here, you'll have more access to me and exclusive sessions designed for rapid Q&A, ensuring personalized guidance and support every step of the way.

Q: Can I join if I don’t have a podcast idea yet?

Absolutely! Your Turn to Podcast is designed for beginners and experienced podcasters alike. You'll receive guidance tailored to every level of experience, helping you create a podcast you’re excited, proud of, and that listeners want to hear!

Q: What if I miss a live session?

Don't worry! All live sessions will be recorded and available for replay, ensuring you don't miss any valuable content. You can catch up at your convenience and still benefit from the program. You will have lifetime access to the program content in your student portal.

Q: Will I receive support between sessions?

In addition to the calls, you'll have access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with other podcasters and podcasters-to-be! Here, you get to ask questions, get feedback, compare notes, and receive ongoing support and inspiration throughout the program.

Q: The program is 12 weeks but I see we have fewer than 12 calls with Cathy. What happens during the weeks when we don't have calls?

Cathy will be available for many of your calls! However, when she is not there, you will have calls with our two podcasting coaches who will be walking you through the steps of starting and launching your podcast AND providing you with hot seat style coaching where you can get direct feedback and questions answered. Both of our coaches, Kelsey and Jen, teach podcasting and have launched and sustained successful top-ranked podcasts themselves. Trust that you are in excellent hands with this trifecta!

We also gift you Intercession Weeks, which is time to digest and embody the work we've been doing together. It's an opportunity to integrate and create! We do offer optional mentor calls during these two weeks for those seeking additional support and clarity, and even breathwork to help you release any stress, anxiety or blocks that may be arising as you start to expand and share your voice!!
