A little about me, since you’re about to spend 9 months with me.
I built my career from nothing, wrote music for shows like Grey’s Anatomy, then rebuilt everything into a podcast that now has over 100K listeners a month and has been running for 9 years. I wrote a book called Abundant Ever After. I’ve coached thousands of women through the exact thing you’re carrying right now.
I’m also a mom of three, allergic to hard work (seriously, I think fun is the most underrated business strategy), and I will absolutely text you something important at 11pm and then feel bad about it. I live in Florida. I’m obsessed with iced coffee. And I believe the biggest thing standing between you and your next level isn’t information or strategy. It’s permission.

Questions I get asked before people apply.
What exactly is a 'hot seat'?
A hot seat is when the group’s focus shifts to you. You share what you’re working on or where you’re stuck, and I coach you live, in front of everyone. It sounds intense and it kind of is, in the best way. You learn as much watching someone else get coached as you do sitting in the seat yourself. It’s one of the most valuable parts of any room I run.
Is this women-only?
Yes. This container is for women-identifying entrepreneurs, coaches, and founders.
What if I apply and I'm not sure I'm ready to commit?
That’s exactly what Charlotte’s call is for. She’s not there to sell you. She’s there to help you get clear about whether the timing and fit are right. We’d rather have an honest conversation than have you sign up for the wrong thing at the wrong time.
Where are the retreats?
At my actual house in South Florida. Yes, really. It’s as good as it sounds.
Are the retreats mandatory?
Strongly encouraged. The in-person retreats are where a lot of the deepest shifts happen. If life intervenes, we’ll handle it with grace. But plan to be there.
Is the early pricing deadline firm?
Yes. $35,000 if you apply by the early bird deadline which is May 15th. The price of the mastermind increases to $40,000 after May 15th. The deadline is real and it won’t move. If you’re reading this and something in you is already saying yes, that’s probably your answer.
What if I'm not accepted?
Charlotte will reach out personally and let you know about other ways to work with me that make more sense for where you are right now. A no for this container is never a no to being in my world.
