1. There’s something so beautiful and relaxing when you learn to let the chips fall where they may when they’re not your chips. Put it down.
2. When you change your boundary dance, people are going to notice. And that’s okay. Let them notice.
3. There is no curing, but there definitely is recovery from these behaviors. It’s just about your raised awareness, one behavior and one next right action at a time.
4. Don’t rush your life away. You can’t be checking so many boxes for your whole life. Challenge yourself to do nothing.
5. The feelings that we try to avoid will come up to be our friends, to inform our behavior, to give us information about the child within. She doesn’t want you to do more. She wants you to be more, to have more fun, to expand more.
6. There’s a power of allowing others to add value to our lives. Allow yourself to surrender to the love of others. It feels so good to let people love us in the way that we love everyone.
